Approving your artwork
Should our artist's colour visual meet with your requirements simply sign, date and return to MBC Badge Company.

What if the artist's colour visual does not meet with my requirements?
Should our artist's colour visual not meet with your requirements simply call us on
01384 74500 to discuss any changes you wish to make to the artwork. Once we have revised your artwork (first amendment – free of charge) we will send out for your re-approval. 

Payment Details
We accept the following methods of payment: • Cheque • Debit Card • Credit Card • BACS. All Scout and Guide Groups receive short term credit accounts, to enable you to pay for the goods after receiving them.

When can I expect my ORDER to be delivered?
On receiving order confirmation  we will proceed immediately with your order. You can expect your goods to be delivered (free of charge) to any UK mainland address, as per the date specified on your order acknowledgement. Delivery schedules rarely take longer than 4 weeks, however you will be kept up to date with any delivery changes.

What if I need my ORDER delivered before the standard period?
If there is some urgency involved with your order or you have a deadline for delivery then please advise us at the earliest opportunity. We will always endeavour to meet your requirements where possible.

Once your goods have been despatched you will receive an email detailing delivery method and tracking number.
Methods of Despatch.

Interlink:- You will normally receive your goods, on a next day basis. Interlink will contact you directly on the day of delivery, to advise your 1 hour delivery slot.

Royal Mail:- If we despatched your order via recorded delivery (first class), please allow 2 - 3 days.

Ordering Online products from MBC
Plain “Group” Neckers.

Please visit our flash based necker design wizard, where you are able to design and order your very own group necker with ease.

Simply choose the your preferred layout, and drop in your group colours .

Next add the amount of Adult and Standard you wish to order and click the “PayPal” add to cart button. Please note you DO NOT need a PayPal account to proceed, any major credit or debit is accepted.

You will next be taken through to PayPal’s secure order confirmation page, to complete you order.

Simply add your details as requested or login to PayPal, should you have an existing account. Then complete the order by following the list of on screen instructions.
Once you have placed your order delivery will take between 3-4 weeks to process, as we do not hold any stock of plain neckers. We will write to you within a couple days confirming acceptance of your order and offering initial delivery date. Should your order be urgent, please call our sales line on 01384 74500, we will always try to accommodate any special requests’ or dates you require.

Note all our Standard printed fun Neckers are only available in Adult size 118 x 59 and are subject to VAT.

The majority of times we hold stock of the fun neckers, and these will be despatched to you within 2 working days via next day courier or Royal mail, dependant on your order quantity.  Should there be a problem with stock, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 working day from receipt of your order, to inform you when stock will be available.
